It only takes a couple of taps to cancel a booking or enquiry in the App. Head to the 'My Jobs' or 'Jobs' menu and select the job you want to cancel. Then tap the 'Cancel' button on the bottom right side of your screen. If you're on web, simply click 'Cancel Job' in the job progress screen.
